Job Description:

As a Skilled Handyman specializing in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a wide array of on-site repair and maintenance tasks. Your work will involve troubleshooting and fixing various issues across multiple trades to keep client properties in top condition. This role demands exceptional versatility, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance, home repairs, and improvement projects.
• Handle plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry work, and basic HVAC services.
• Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and building materials.
• Carry out painting, drywall patching, and minor renovations.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and follows safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, materials used, and time allocated to tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services, and making informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in the handyman and property maintenance industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, and general maintenance.

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
